Where is the Sun?
Instead of putting the stick somewhere in the field, you can fix it to a small board – then you’ll be able to carry out observation anywhere you find the Sun. Remember that the board has to lie flat, each day in the same position.

What’s there in a potato?
Use potato starch instead of a potato. Check what is the reaction of iodine tincture in contact with bread, rice, groats and pasta. Prepare lemon jelly and add iodine tincture to it.
