Chemical yo-yo

Instead of the cabbage juice use: beetroot soup (ready-made soup from a shop will be OK), hibiscus tea or blueberry juice. Add a drop of vinegar and a drop of cabbage juice to oil.

Hot water, hot milk

Try to carry out the experiment with other liquids of various fat content (note: don’t use in this experiment oil or alcohol). Add to water different substances and repeat the experiment with them.
