Explosive mixture

Instead of cabbage decoction, use: water, blackcurrant juice, beetroot juice, hibiscus tea or blueberry juice. Use lemon juice or vinegar instead of citric acid.

Ice cubes

Let one person put on a fur coat or a fleece jacket and ask him/her to stand dressed like that for 10 minutes in a warm room. If it’s cold, ask him/her to jump several times. Watch the skin on exposed parts of body.
